Your main roles and responsibilities

  • Primary interface and representative in technical questions from customers
  • Planning and implementation of installations at the customer's site and support deployment teams on global installations
  • Produce high-quality reports, analyses and presentations using material from system installations as required
  • Produce technical drawings and project documentation for any new Distributed Acoustic Sensing ("DAS") installations
  • Perform quality tests and configurations of Sensonic products before shipment and maintain close cooperation with R&D and Operations
  • Customer support on-site or remote (diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair and commissioning of Sensonic products)

You are just right for this role if

  • you have completet FS/ HTL/ FH in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, computer science, signaling technology or similar education in this sector
  • you have experience in Windows and Linux OS and you are familiar with a programming language, preferably Python or MATLAB
  • you have knowledge of networking concepts (e.g. DNS, TCP/IP and firewalls) and exposure to fibre optics and cloud technologies
  • you are fluent in written and spoken English and possibly other foreign languages and you have strong communication skills for writing technical reports
  • you bring the willingness and eager to learn new skills with an ability to work independently and in teams
  • you are flexible and high willing to travel (also internationally) and possess a valid driving license
