Your main roles and responsibilities

  • Take over the proper personnel administration from entry to exit
  • Prepare data for our shared service partners and organise the monthly payment of salaries
  • Manage the entire time recording including holidays and sick leave and carry out evaluations for our accounting and controlling departments
  • Act as the interface to IT for personnel changes
  • Advise our employees on labour law and social insurance matters
  • Participate in the implementation and administration of relevant projects

You are just right for this role if

  • ​​​​​HR management does not only mean bureaucracy for you, but rather the development of company-wide human resources potentials
  • you have gained initial experience in payroll accounting or have completed a relevant education
  • you have a proactive personality, a high level of commitment and organizational skills
  • a high level of discretion is a given for you
  • Team spirit, empathy and communication skills are as important to you as they are to us
  • agility and interculturality appeal to you
  • you are willing to get to know other programs besides MS Office
  • it is easy for you to communicate in English and German
