Sales Manager - Track condition monitoring

Department: Business Development / Customer Relationship

Your main roles and responsibilities

  • Understand customers' track maintenance pain points and quickly identify the appropriate Sensonic TCM solution
  • Confidently present Sensonic's solutions to customers - face-to-face, virtually, at trade shows and industry events
  • Prepare cost estimates and proposals by using various sales tools
  • Track, analyse and respond to bids, customer RFIs and RFQs
  • Be responsible for the full sales cycle from onboarding a customer to managing the customer journey throughout its lifecycle

You are just right for this role if

  • you have experience and knowledge in track engineering and maintenance
  • you have sales and bid analysis skills, as well as knowledge of contracts and bid response preparation
  • you have a project lifecycle understanding, starting with the signing of contract agreements and supporting the Customer Success team in project execution
  • you have the ability to collect feedback from the market on the company's products and pass it on to the appropriate technical teams within the company
  • you have the attitude to understand and learn new technical subjects in different fields of engineering and data science
