Cloud IT-Support Specialist

Your main roles and responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for the entire organisation and act as the first point of contact
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosis of cloud-based hardware, software, and network issues
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure and services to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Test new technologies and provide training for junior IT staff
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging cloud technologies and best practices to continuously improve the IT support
  • Assist with the procurement and management of cloud resources and subscriptions

You are just right for this role if

  • you have a completed education in the field of IT (HTL, FH/Uni) or comparable relevant professional experience
  • you have first experience in an IT support role with a focus on cloud technologies
  • you have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • you are familiar with cloud-based applications, services and networks
  • you are flexible, communicative and solution oriented
  • it is easy for you to communicate in English and German
