Your main roles and responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the further development of our agile processes
  • Drive the setup and the development of the team
  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters
  • Support our developer teams in self-organisation and knowledge transfer
  • Help to recognise, point out and overcome obstacles
  • Moderate Scrum Meetings
  • Ensure a constant flow of information between the product owner and the developer team

You are just right for this role if

  • you enjoy working in a team and have strong social skills
  • you live agile values
  • Communication and moderation skills, as well as empathy are among your strengths
  • you have methodological competence in agile approaches
  • it is easy for you to communicate in German and English
  • you have already gained experience in the development of software products using agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, ...)
