Your main roles and responsibilities

  • Implement HR processes and tools in an internationally oriented company with start-up character
  • Act as a central contact for our managers and employees in all personnel management and labour law issues and support the management in personnel and organisational development
  • Manage the whole recruiting process for our departments and managers as well as the current and future talent pool
  • Manage all HR topics and projects along the employee life cycle
  • Develop a meaningful employer brand with all associated activities
  • Coordinate all activities in the area of Payroll & Administration in terms of a shared services model

You are just right for this role if

  • ​​​​​you have a proactive personality and a high level of commitment and drive
  • you enjoy finding and inspiring interesting personalities and talents for exciting professional challenges
  • you have a university degree relevant to the position and work experience in a similar position (ideally in an industrial environment with an international focus)
  • team spirt, empathy and communication skills are as important to you as for us
  • adress the topics of agility/agile working methods, digitisation in HR and interculturality
  • you can easily communicate in English and German with confidence
